We have started brewing naturally cloudy beers without preservatives at our very own brewery in 2006 and we exclusively use the excellent malt provided by Weyermann and our wonderful heath water. After a fermentation and maturation phase of 4 to 5 weeks in which we check the beer daily, we bring it over to our counter and serve it. Our standard range includes Christophers Hell (German lager) and Christophers Dunkel (dark German lager). In addition, we serve monthly beer specialties.
